Paul joined PM Computing in August 2023 as a Junior Field Technician and swiftly advanced to the role of Technical Account Manager through his dedication and skill. In this role, Paul seamlessly bridges technical expertise and client relations, ensuring clients receive tailored cybersecurity solutions. Before this, he spent two years working in shipping and receiving, honing his attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

From a young age, Paul’s passion for technology was sparked by a curiosity about how things worked, often taking apart mechanical and electronic devices and reassembling them to understand their inner workings. This fascination carried into high school, where he immersed himself in video games and taught himself basic game programming. 

Drawn to troubleshooting complex issues, Paul found IT to be the perfect field to channel his love for fixing things. Outside of work, he enjoys gaming, exploring emerging technologies, building custom PCs, and continuously learning new skills to fuel his curiosity.
