Prior to this, he honed his skills as an EOC Support Analyst for one year, gaining valuable experience in technical support and problem-solving.

A proud alumnus of the University of Pittsburgh, Michael is currently furthering his education in Computer Science at Southern New Hampshire University. His academic journey reflects his deep-rooted enthusiasm for technology, which was sparked by his love for puzzles and tech innovations. He sees IT as the perfect blend of these interests, where complex challenges meet cutting-edge solutions.
