Ryan’s career path shows a steady climb in the tech field, starting as a Junior Field Technician at PM Computing in January 2014, advancing to Senior Field Technician, and now serving as Senior Technical Director. Before that, he honed his skills as a Senior Support Technician at USA Choice, LLC. 

His education from DuBois Business College, where he earned an AAB in Information Systems Support Technician, laid the groundwork for his expertise. It’s interesting how his passion for tech was sparked by TV series, gaming, and upgrading family computers—classic gateways to a tech career.

Outside work, Ryan’s hobbies are quite diverse: VR and music production reflect his tech-savvy side, while his love for collecting international music and food tastings suggests a curiosity for global cultures.
