My best friend is a computer genius, and he told me to call this place when my hard drive went on my 4000 dollar gaming laptop. They were so incredibly courteous and helpful on the phone. It was kind of far from my house, so they said no problem, we will drive to your house and get it tomorrow! For free!!! Insane. I got a call the next day and they told me the problem and how much it would cost. It would take a week to get the parts in. I got an email with the easiest link I have ever used to pay something. A week later, they called and brought it back to my house. It’s like a half hour drive!!! Not only did it work beautifully, it looked like it was brand new! They cleaned out the inside, tuned up everything, and even replaced bent parts from being in my backpack underneath the seat in front of me half of it’s lifetime . I am 60 years old, and I have never dealt with a company that went above and beyond like this. Everyone there is super cool and just happy… and smart!!! I can’t recommend it enough.

I was having trouble with my Dell computer, which was only a few years old. When I tried to boot up my computer, I was being sent to a Microsoft page. I couldn’t access any of my files. I was on the phone with Dell support on several different occasions for over four hours. The final solution they suggested was the installation of the new hard drive in which case all of my data and files would be lost according to them. I contacted PM Computing at the suggestion of a friend. I took my computer there and Rob Kroner looked into my dilemma. Rob did install a new hard drive however, he was able to save all the files and data that I had saved on my previous hard drive. I could not be happier with the service, communication and results that I got from PR computing. If I could give them more than five stars, I would! Everyone I dealt with and talked to at PM Computing were completely professional.

PM Computing recently installed a server hosted accounting application for one of our companies. The results have been a huge savings in terms of speed and efficiency. I have to note that this was only the most recent of several solutions that we have received from PM Computing.
