I recently asked Pravin Thakur of PM Computing, Inc. if he would evaluate my personal computer.  It was running slowly and I was unable to upgrade many of my daily operating systems.  Pravin returned my computer and suggested that I buy a new computer as soon as possible.  He said that the computer was so dated that it was a matter of time before it crashed or received a virus.  After discussing how we used the computer and our computer needs, I asked Pravin to suggest a new computer for our family.  Soon after our meeting, Pravin sent an estimate that included a new computer, several system upgrades, a virus protection plan and the cost to move all of our files from our old computer to our new computer.  This was a perfect option for me and my husband, as we would rather do anything than to have to research computers and set-up!  From the purchase of the computer to the set-up in our home, we couldn't believe how easy the entire process was.  Pravin's services allow the client to be as involved or uninvolved as they want to be in the computer process.  He even has several affordable monthly options to help you keep your computer safe, backed up and up to date.  Although my need was for my personal computer, he offers the same computer services for all of your business needs too.  I feel confident in referring Pravin Thakur and his staff at PM Computing, Inc. to anyone for all of their computer needs.

Over the weekend, I had a customer with a hardware emergency that Dell should have supported.  However, despite Dell’s “Gold Support” status on the PC, they were unwilling and/or unable to help.  This customer was geared up for a very busy Mother’s Day and was unable to operate their POS system due to hardware failure.  With 12 hours notice, Pravin met me at the client’s site on Mother’s Day morning and worked 3 hours to resolve the problem. PM Computing has been a tremendous asset to our firm.
